How many places can I book?

As many as you need up to a maximum number of 12 or 18 depending on the course in which you are interested. Alternatively, contact us directly with your requirement.

Do you run courses for only one delegate?

Yes we do, and we have received excellent feedback from delegates who have attended a one-to-one course.

How much does each course cost?

Most of our one-day courses cost £100.00 per delegate, and two day courses cost £160.00 per delegate (for a minimum of six delegates); however, please discuss your individual requirements by contacting us. If you have more than ten delegates to book onto a course we offer a discount for the subsequent delegate(s), providing they all attend the same course on the same date.

What does a training course involve?

All of our courses are highly interactive learning experiences with a difference, as participants grow and develop their insight and abilities. They include a variety of drama-based activities where you are the director. The varied format makes the day more memorable and facilitates enhanced learning. We provide a comprehensive handout that captures all of the points acquired throughout the day.During and at the end of the course, delegates are asked to consider and record which points they can apply to their workplace and which skills they may wish to develop further.

Do you conduct a training needs analysis?

If necessary, a training needs analysis (TNA) can be undertaken. We will visit you at your office to discuss staff roles, known skill gaps and then discuss and make recommendations on the most appropriate training or development programme. If skill gaps are not known, or a more detailed TNA is required, we can work with you to identify or confirm the specific skills and capabilities required for each job role.This will be followed by a skills audit (using various methods) and analysis, which will be presented back to you as a written gap analysis with training priorities and recommendations. For this more detailed TNA, we would wish to discuss a reasonable fee for our time. Should the training need fall within our area of expertise, we will offer to prepare a proposal and estimate for training delivery.This does not commit you in any way. If any training needs do not fall within our area of expertise we will be honest and let you know.

What if I want a course tailored?

All in-house (bespoke) courses can be tailored to meet your training requirements precisely. Unless substantial redevelopment of the material is required, this is usually at no extra cost.

When are courses held?

All our courses are scheduled to fit with your training and development plan. We will arrange a convenient date when you book. Please call to check availability.

What if I don't have a suitable space or would prefer to have the course elsewhere?

If this is the case, then we will work with you to source a local venue. The hire of the venue will be an extra charge. Please let us know if you would prefer the course delivered in-house or off-site at the time of booking.
