Reducing workplace conflict

How often have you thought that if it wasn’t for the customers, clients, patients, or even staff, your job would be a joy to do? Conflict, or just a simple difference of opinion, can be the most stressful part of the day and take up more time and energy than it deserves. A great deal of study has been done on conflict and some surprising discoveries have been made about how to resolve it. This training day explores what happens in the brain during a dispute, what you can do about it and how you can manage others more easily.
